Late goals lead to Flames loss.

In what turned out to the opposite of the Wednesday encounter between the VSI Tampa Flames and Charlotte Lady Eagles, the Flames surrendered 2 goals in the last five minutes to go down in an exciting encounter, 1- 3 to the Charlotte Eagles, who remain unbeaten in the season.

What was Coach O'Connor's main concern entering the game yesterday, that of coming out flat after a long layoff, came true in the Flames first game in the series with the Charlotte Lady Eagles. Giving up 2 goals early in the first half left the VSI Tampa Flames chasing the game for the rest of the match, a game that was 0 - 3 at the half, and finishing 1- 4 when the final whistle blew.

Flames ready for back to back games this week.

VSI Tampa Flames, after a break of what seems like an eternity are readying for a busy week in which they host the Charlotte Lady Eagles on June 6th and 7th , and have a friendly on Sunday, June 10th against an Armed Forces team.
