Uniquely, through its USL franchises, VSI offers a 'Youth to Pro' structure that provides a vertical progression opportunity for youngsters that show they have the talent, skill and desire to progress in to the professional game.

VSI operates its youth program under the VSI Flames brand whereby each youth club that VSI enters in to a partnership agreement with will include a name change to embrace the town or city related to that specific location e.g. if it was a Miami youth club it would be known as VSI Miami Flames and so on.
